Businesspeople opt for online meetings because they’re effective and efficient. Or so we’d like to think.
While the age of online meetings is here to stay, so too are the technical problems of online video calls. From connections that drop and echoes that takeover to tech that just won’t work – these are moments that leave people thinking: “WTF?! S.O.S! Crap!”
We used the interfaces of well-known video conferencing platforms and turned participants’ initials into calls for help. Our idea reminded businesspeople there are still reasons to escape video calls and that they can still meet in person by taking an eco-friendly train to get there.
